Studio Policies:

*Age Requirement -
Student must be at least 6 years old and able to sit for at least 30 minutes solid for instruction.

*When is Payment Due? -
Payment for the entire month's lessons is due at the first lesson held every month.  Exception: Consideration of bi-weekly payment arrangements for those whose financial circumstances require it on a case by case basis.  However, cancellation policies remain in effect for all students.

*Cancellation -
All lessons are nonrefundable unless the instructor cancels.  At Revere we are sensitive to the understanding that "things happen" and you might occasionally have a good reason for not attending a scheduled lesson.  So if the student needs to reschedule a lesson, all effort will be made to reschedule a make up lesson.  However, if a make up lesson cannot be rescheduled, there will be no refund.  If the student is aware in advance of a needed cancellation, they may request a reduction in that month's amount due prior to the said month (regardless of payment arrangement).  Thank you for your understanding!

*Tardiness -
If late to a scheduled lesson, payment will not be prorated.  If 15 minutes or more late to a 30 minute lesson or 30 minutes or more late to a 60 minute lesson, the lesson will need to be rescheduled.  If it cannot be rescheduled for some other time within the same week, there will be no refund.

*Unprepared -
If a student arrives without their materials or without doing any of their given homework to practice, the lesson will need to be rescheduled.  If it cannot be rescheduled for some other time within the same week, there will be no refund.  At Revere we desire for every student to get their money's worth in knowledge and betterment of their instrument, if they are not prepared for a lesson there is only so much that can be accomplished, much less for your money than when prepared.
